快跑！！第一次寫差評，獻給這家。 前台服務態度很差，很不耐煩，問了不答，還怪我訂的太臨時他們找不到訂單，入住後床單有汙漬，廁所浴巾沒更換，房間廁所到處都是小飛蟲，反映之後前台不情不願給我換了。晚上還有人敲門，問是誰沒人應，接著就狂敲窗，隔音很差，一直能聽到隔壁在陽台聊天。 總體來説，可以看見那麼一丁點海，我認為價格和環境及其不符合，比國內三百塊的旅館環境還差，竟敢要價一千多，還有電梯是壞的全部要走樓梯，別來，來就會變得不幸！！！

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones son limpias pero la atención deja mucho que desear. Llegamos temprano, nos dejaron guardar la mochila y luego solo nos entregaron la llave. Tuve que preguntar si teníamos desayuno incluido. No nos dieron información de los servicios del hotel, por ejemplo horario del desayuno o pileta. Simplemente nos han dado la llave. Luego en la habitación no podíamos usar la caja fuerte ni prender el televisor. Hubiera mejorado nuestra experiencia una mejor atención de la recepción.

It was a nice stay at the wahala beach hotel. Near by the beach and you have lots of restaurants and bar and also supermarket. From Palma airport you take the bus A2 and ticket is 5 eu because it’s from airport with the bus line 25 you can go to Palma old time. I enjoy my stay. If you like party than this is the place to be

grosser labyrinthartiger Hotelkomplex, worin man sich leicht mal verirren kann. (hab 1500 zimmer gezählt) Ansonsten aber sauber, und mäßig laut -für ballermannverhältnisse. Leider bekam ich von der poolbar- crew nur mehr ein paar Sachen zurück, nachdem ich mich einige Stunden von der Sonnenliege am Pool entfernt hatte( Trinkwasserflasche und Handtuch blieben verschollen) Grossartiges Frühstück!
